Canal+ is preparing the September launch of Canal+ Series, a new premium pay-TV channel dedicated to French, European and US TV series, according to the French newsletter Satellifax.
The new channel will join the existing Canal+ bouquet of five premium channels that comprises Canal+, Canal+ Décalé, Canal+ Sport, Canal+ Cinéma and Canal+ Family.
Canal+ Séries will be available to subscribers at no additional charge and will enable them to watch US TV series in the original language with subtitles only 24 hours after their first US TV run.
