Wolfgang Breuer has been named as the new chairman of the management board of Media Broadcast.
The 48-year old executive, who’s currently chief technology officer of the board, will succeed Bernd Kraus who is leaving the German technical services provider.
Kraus, who only took up the CEO position in April 2011, is leaving the company on the best of mutual terms, according to a statement. No reasons were given for his departure.
