Screen Australia calls for genre film festival applications

Screen Australia is currently finalising renewal agreements with Australia’s leading film festivals and events. In this context, a small amount of discretionary funding has become available, and it is therefore seeking new applications from established genre film festivals catering to specialised audiences.
The programme is intended to support screen culture in Australia. Through it, quality Australian films and the teams behind them may be promoted to audiences via major domestic events.
The deadline for applications is 2 December 2013.
