Boomerang HD to join Entertain and Teleclub

TV broadcaster Turner Broadcasting System Germany has secured distribution of the HD version of its children’s and family channel Boomerang on further platforms: Boomerang HD will be available on Deutsche Telekom’s IPTV platform Entertain and in Switzerland at Teleclub from its launch on 3 December 2013.
At Entertain, Boomerang HD will be offered in conjunction with the HD option in subscription packages Kinder and Big TV while at Teleclub, it will be carried in the Family bouquet for subscribers that have signed up to the HD option. Kabel Deutschland will also carry the channel from its day of launch.
The German-language market will be the first market worldwide in which Turner offers Boomerang in high definition. After TNT Serie HD, TNT Film HD, glitz HD, Cartoon Network HD and CNN HD, all Turner channels will then be available in Germany in HD.
